Peter brings more than 30 years of marketing experience across different industries — natural products, fitness, health, automotive, government, education and high tech — to his role as Pure Branding’s Director of Research & Strategy.
At Pure Branding, Peter oversees our PureSegmentation™ research and translates custom research insights into powerful brand strategy. Prior to Pure Branding, Peter worked at Marketing Sherpa, a leading research firm specializing in tracking what works (and what doesn’t) in all aspects of marketing, and spent nearly 10 years with Herb Pharm, where he directed the herbal extract company’s marketing efforts in both the natural products channel and the health care practitioner channel.
Peter is also president of the Biodynamic Farmland Conservation Trust, the nonprofit educational foundation that oversees Brookfield Farm, America’s oldest continuously running CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). He’s a former board member of the Biodynamic Association (BDA), committed to rethinking agriculture through healthy food, healthy soil and healthy farms, and has been an adjunct professor in the children’s writing program at Simmons College.
