Chipotle's viral sustainability

Chipotle, the fast food Mexican grill that's been rapidly expanding across North America and England, has released a great animated short that's been making its way virally around email inboxes in the last few weeks. If you're a natural products marketer, it's worth checking out.

Scheduled to be shown as a "branded entertainment" featurette in movie theaters this month, the film features a striking cover of Coldplay's "The Scientist" by music legend Willie Nelson, and animation by Irish artist Johnny Kelly.

As part of its ongoing effort to promote "food with integrity," Chipotle has launched Chipotle Cultivate Foundation, which supports local farmers and is sponsoring the first Cultivate sustainable food festival in Chicago that will cross-pollinate an eclectic mix of "food, farmers, chefs, thought leaders, and musicians."
